With us, young people change their attitude to learning; we instill curiosity, empathy and pride.About our impact
"Taking part in the Festival has been truly life-changing."
2020 was a unique year for education and the arts. Despite the pandemic, and all the challenges and disruption it caused, we delivered our special One Night of Shakespeare project to 224 schools across the UK, working with 5,600 young people in the process.

We know that our impact is real. With us, young people gain skills for life and see the whole world as their stage. 98% of teachers agreed that their students' confidence increased as a result of taking part in the project and 83% of teachers said that their students were more enthusiastic about school and learning.
Below, you can also download a report evaluating a pilot of our 'Shakespeare For All' project, undertaken by CSSF in 2019. The project was designed to evaluate how curriculum-linked resources that promote a creative and active approach to learning can impact attainment for children at primary schools in areas of high deprivation.
