We're delighted to be working in partnership with Charity Car.
If you scrap your car through Charity Car, you’ll be raising vital funds for Shakespeare Schools Foundation (SSF) and helping to transform more young lives. All you need to do is get in touch with Charity Car and arrange for them to collect your car. SSF will then receive 100 per cent of the car’s scrap value.
We know the power of what we do. Last year, 98% of teachers reported that their students were more confident as a result of the project and we hear remarkable individual stories about the impact of our work:
"One child could barely read before we started. He worked extremely hard and as a result learnt 10 lines of Shakespeare by himself! He took it on and learnt the words - we worked through this together so that he knew what the words meant and what he had to do. In class he began reading independently, reading aloud but doing it willingly both with a teacher and without one. His reading level had progressed - a direct result of working alongside the Shakespeare script."
Will, Teacher-Director, Whitehill Primary School
Donating the value of your old car to us via Charity Car will help students like the child in Will's class to improve their literacy and develop key skills, while having fun.
